The future of movies
Motion picture heavyweights George Lucas and James Cameron believe that movies in theaters will not go away. (They also are strong believers in 3D movies, about which as far as I'm concerned the jury is still out.) Going to the movies is an experience beyond actually watching the movie itself, and having other people in the theater is as important as the impact of the big screen. According to Lucas: '"Movie theaters represent a social art form you can't get on an iPhone and you can't get on the TV.... Man is a social animal — we want to enjoy things together.
